The respective background reflects the picture's overall
rating. Overall rating is shown here by a combination of our rating of the picture
and user clicks.
Darker background means higher rating, lighter background
means lower rating. A color tendency towards blue reflects a higher rating (our
rating), a warm color tendency (towards brown/red) reflects higher user click
count. A neutral gray reflects a more or less balanced relation between our rating
and user clicks. Higher rated pictures' need more user clicks to turn the background
warm.
Rating and user clicks are both considered relatively, and not absolutely.
